Sitting here wondering: where are ghosts of the past?
we used to have a blast,
you telling me to hold on,
and me trying to be strong,
i moved dead on,
they held on,
i tried to prove me wrong,
someone tried to run me
another out run me,
some maroon me ,
other rely on me,
i need a rerun,
to outdo these bloodsuckers,
punch these deadbeats,
see me strong,
they try to maroon me ,
i ailed,
i bailed,
sometimes i just  failed,
these voices used to bother me,
they made me misconstrued and shrewd,
some where inside my head
i knew i had to steer ahead,
things may have gone wrong in the past,
and thats why it didn't last,
thats all in the past,
relief at last,
i may not know who ,
but i will stay true.
